All About Women is a 501(c)3, registered in the State of Tennessee. A Governing Board of Directors as well as an Advisory Board act in accordance with the bylaws and oversee strategic planning, financials, and growth. An Executive Committee is empowered to act on behalf of the Board between meetings.
